Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Packaging Damaged Items (sold as-is at discounted prices)
  • Refurbished Items (including Refurbished Cardio Machines and Refurbished Weights)
  • Parts & Accessories (opened or installed)
  • Items specifically marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Products that have been assembled, used, or show signs of wear

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:
